This $1,000 scholarship is more enjoyable than most. It is open to American students in high school or college, provided that the student is at least 16 years of age. Students will need to enter their basic demographic information and answer one short essay question. The answers to the essay question are very brief; in fact, they are similar to the length needed for a Facebook or Twitter post. Students can apply one time each week. $1,000 Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarships for Low GPA
This scholarship is based on merit and helps students like you fulfill their higher education dreams. Students do not need to report their grade point average to be considered. Rather, winners are chosen primarily from their personal essay.
To be eligible, you must be in 9th through 12th grade, or a student in college or graduate school. You should be a legal US resident. A committee chooses the winners, basing their decision on a personal statement you submit. College Prowler (now called Niche) offers scholarships for low GPA students and gives them more hope than perhaps any other single source. Their main scholarship is the “No Essay” scholarship, and it’s worth $2,000 for each student.
This scholarship chooses a new winner each month. All you need to do to apply is to fill out a simple form online and hope your name is drawn! The random drawing is what will determine the winner, not your grades!
There are no fancy essay answers required with this scholarship. Entering basic information like your name and your birthday, and knowing how to type (to enter more rapidly) may get you some sweet tuition cash.

The ESA Foundation offers an online application process and you do not need to belong to ESA to apply. They give out numerous scholarships on an annual basis.
The Epsilon Sigma Alpha Foundation aims to promote continuing education and to help people make a difference in the community in which they live. AFSA $20,000 Scholarships
$20,000 in scholarships for Low GPA is offered by the American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA), with 10 winners who each get $2,000 in tuition assistance. You will win if your name pops up in their random drawing.

Before applying, students will need to read a six-page article about the industry of fire sprinklers and take a multiple choice test with 10 questions. It is not really a “test” since you can refer back to the document and look up the answers.
